SHIPPING AND RETURNS :

GENERAL:

OUR GOAL IS FOR YOU TO BE 100% SATISFIED WITH YOUR ORDER. Due to market volatility, all prices are subject to change without notice . In the event there is a price change on your order, you will be notified and given the option of accepting the price change, dropping the item from your order, or canceling your order. Although every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of prices, we are not responsible for typographical errors. We reserve the right to limit quantities and/or reject any order. Sorry, no C.O.D. shipments. We are constantly updating our products. Some products may change (size, style, color) from what is shown in catalog. 

SHIPPING:
We pride ourselves on being able to process most orders the same day they are received. Unless other arrangements are made, shipping will be by Austrian Post AG. You will be given the option to change this to your order once you checkout . If you need to make special shipping arrangements, please e-mail us. Your credit card will not be charged until your order is ready to ship. 

RETURNS:

We understand that, even with every precaution taken, mistakes will happen and items will need to be returned. All defects and damages MUST be reported within 48 hours of receiving item. Custom made or custom order products may not be returned. With the exception of shipping errors, refunds or credits are not issued for shipping charges. We accept returns on any unwanted merchandise in "like-new" condition. Returns of used merchandise will not be accepted. Enclose original sales receipt. All return shipping costs are at customer`s expense. All items must be returned in 14 days of purchase in good resalable condition and original packaging only. Surf-Timer reserves the right to examine and reject damaged returned merchandise. 
Exchanges for defective or damaged items are accepted on a case by case basis. Refund will be made for amount of purchase minus fees associated with shipping. A 15% restock fee will apply for non-defective or damaged items.
If the item that you receive is damaged or defective, Surf-Timer will be happy to authorize a refund or exchange when notified within 48 hours of your receipt of the item, providing that the item is returned in its original condition and packaging. Please e-mail us if you wish to arrange a return. Requests to return items after 14 days from delivery will be refused. Returns sent without prior authorization will be refused.
If, for any reason, you are not totally satisfied with any product purchased through our store, then we will gladly refund your money within 20 days of delivery. That is how confident we are in the quality and craftsmanship of our product. If you wish to return a product, simply e-mail us at returns@surf-timer.com with your order # (if you don´t have your order #, simply provide us with your name and method of payment) and we will issue you a return authorization code (NO items will be accepted for return without an authorization code) as well as an address as to where to send the product (NOTE: Items that are heavily damaged by misuse or lack of proper care, or otherwise deemed as defective due to customer abuse or neglect, will not be accepted for return and will not be credited). Once the product is received, it will be inspected and your money will be returned. Please note that we can process returns and refunds only for items purchased from Surf-Timer. Any express freight charges are not refundable. 
***All Credits will be issued in the manner of original payment (returns of credit card orders will only be refunded to the purchasing credit card on record). We are unable to credit by check for items paid by credit card.***
